Can I return my product if I'm not happy with it?

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive the product. Poor satisfaction should be explained to our service administrator as to give you a product that best fits your requirements

What Kind of Warranty do you offer?

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts

Independently of the contractual obligations that may prevail between Smart Home Shop and the Customer both parties are safeguarded under the Cyprus Law 14(I) 2000 and the EU DIRECTIVE 2000/31/EC regarding the E-Commerce trade.

All products purchased by individuals, carry 2-year warranty unless otherwise indicated in the product characteristics and/or the invoice.

All products purchased by businesses or any other legal entities, carry 1-year warranty unless otherwise indicated in the product characteristics and/or the invoice.

If a product is defective, you must attach a copy of your invoice with the defective product.

The term Legal Warranty performs as per Law N.7(I)/2000.

Based on the law 5(2) N.7(I)/2000, Smart Home Shop, under the term warranty, provides free of charge repair, replacement or reduction on price for customers that brings in a product within the legal warranty period and reports a specific problem. The term Free of Charge includes all necessary costs incurred to bring the product into conformity, particularly in shipping costs, labor costs and material costs.

Please note that legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external forces (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using the said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables.

If the goods I received are damaged what shall I do?

If the parcel is damaged or looks violated, it must be opened in the presence of the courier and a careful check should be carried to verify that the contents of the parcel are in good condition and that all the items in the box correspond to your invoice. However, if this may be the case, the parcel must be returned back to Bionic via courier and we will contact you to arrange a new parcel to be dispatched to you right away.

Can I place my order by Email/Phone?

You can place their orders online at smarthome.cy or by calling +357 99143028. The orders can be picked up from the store or delivered to your door at a fee.

Can I add items to my order after it has been completed?

Once the order has been dispatched you cannot change it as it is connected with your payment. However, you can place a new order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be informed by email of the tracking number which you can use online to track the exact location of your parcel.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

The order will take normally between 5- 7 working days to be delivered to the customer.

How can I find the products that I am looking for?

There are several ways to look for products on our website. You can search by brand, keyword or choose any of the categories contained in the main menu on the left hand side of the homepage.

How reliable is product availability?

Product availability is updated continuously. In case of availability problem, you will be informed by our Sales Department and thus you will be able to change the requested quantity or product(s).
